Step:

  1. Bring water, ham broth , chicken broth to a boil.In a good size stock pot.

  2. Meanwhile chop all of you veggies.When it comes back to a boil. Add all of your chopped veggies, frozen bag of vegetables, parsley. Salt and pepper to your taste.Bring back to a boil. Simmer on medium high heat for a about 45 min. Check for doneness....

  3. This makes pretty much. So I keep some to eat. Put the rest in containers or freezer bags. Freeze for another day. Just thaw warm up and enjoy. Simmer about 45 min. On medium high heat.Check for doneness.


Ingredients

  1. 2 32- oz.containers of chickin broth
  2. 1 28-oz. can of diced tomatoes
  3. 1 large onion- peeled- chopped
  4. 1 2 # bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  5. 1 cup leftover ham broth ( from your ham you have already made)
  6. 3 cup chopped ham
  7. 3 medium potatoes - peeled- chopped
  8. 2 cup chopped celery
  9. 3 cup chopped cabbage
  10. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  11. 1 salt and pepper to taste
  12. 6 cup water
  13. 1 cup corn
  14. 1 cup lima beans
