Stir fried beef sausages. #AuthorMarathon

Deep fry your sausages as usual.

As u fry dice your vegetables. Julien design works well for this sausages.

Once done frying sausages, slice them the way u want. I did 6 slices for each sausage.

In Frying pan add some little cooking oil n heat abit.

Add your sliced sausages n toss them. Add garlic n onions. Saute them well. Add some salt n black pepper as u toss.

Add tomato ketchup as u stir. Add assorted bell peppers n stir nicely n gently. Avoid breaking the sausages. put off the heat.

Sprinkle some dhania, mix then serve...Just enjoy, enjoy n enjoy.
