Egg in a bread hole & Watermelon #Breakfastcontest #Plateaustate

Get my cookies cutter and make a heart shape in the middle of my bread.

Break the eggs in a bowl.

Add my powdered milk, with a spoon of butter.

Add the chopped onion, pepper, diced liver, carrots and green bell pepper and stir

In a non stick pan I add little butter, put the bread, add the mixture in the hole, with a medium heat and fry for two mins

Serve it with watermelon drink for the watermelon drink I blend the watermelon with no any additional water and sieve.
