Step:
Heat water in a pan & add sugar in it.Boil till it becomes thick syrup.
Boil milk in a pan.
Slowly Slowly add sooji in it.
Stir continuosly to avoid lumps.
Cook till sooji dissolves in milk & becomes thick.let it cool down.
Now divide the sooji in three parts.Add orange colour to 1 part,green colour to other part & let the remain part as it is.Mix well.
Grease ur hands with oil & take one portion of orange colour sooji in ur hands.Give it chamcham shape.
Do the same process with all the coloured sooji.Make as many as chamcham out of it.
Now Dip them in sugar syrup for 4_5 minutes.Switch off the flame & let it cool down.
In a mixie, grind coconut till it becomes powder
Divide this powder in to three equal parts.
Add green colour to one part,orange to other part & let the last part remain as it is.
For stuffing : Boil 1/2 cup milk in a pan.Add milk powder in it.stir continuously.
Boil till it becomes a thick paste.
Now take the chamcham out of the sugar syrup.Cut them from the centre & make hole in it.
Put the stuffing in it.
Again give the shape of chamcham.
Do this process with all the chamchams.
Now put orange colour chamchum in orange coconut powder& roll it.
Green in green colour coconut powder.
White in white colour coconut powder.
Tricolour chumcham is ready.

1/2 cup semolina(sooji)
1 cup sugar
4 cup water
2 tbsp milk powder
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 cup milk
as needed oil
As needed orange & green food colour
