Step:

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and beef broth. Place pot roast in a slow cooker and coat with the soup mixture make sure you poor well over meat

  2. Cook on low setting 8 to 9 hours until meat is done

  3. 250 mL beef broth
  4. 1.2 kg pot roast beef
  5. 2 potatoes cubed
  6. 2 carrots cut lengthwise and sliced
  7. 1 zucchini cut lengthwise and sliced
