Step:

  1. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish

  2. Pour half of marinade over chicken.

  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight

  4. Reserve remaining marinade

  5. Grill chicken over medium hot coals about 15 minutes turning and basting chicken in remaining marinade until chicken is no longer pink in the center

  6. If desired reserve 2 breasts for use in Thai Style Salad with Shredded Glazed Chicken (recipe listed separately)
