Crunchy sausages

Dip the sausages in hot water for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from water and let drain.

Heat a large pot of vegetable oil and dip in the slightly boiled sausages carefully.

Cook until cooked through and golden brown, turning, about 5 minutes.

Remove from the oil and put in a container underlined with paper towels.
