Orange Malai

Heat a pan, add milk and cook till thicknend.

Add condensed milk, mix well.

Now add sugar, and mix well. Cook it 1-2min.

Keep orange cell in freezer.

Remove from gas, keep aside for cool down.

Now add chopped orange slice, and zest and mix well.

Fill the malai in orange cell. And serve it, either cold or at normal temperature.
