Step:

  1. In a large saucepan, boil the butternut till tender, but do not drain

  2. Using a wooden spoon, thoroughly mash the butternut, this will form a paste. Add the flour, mix until there are no more lumps then add milk and let simmer

  3. Serve hot

  4. 1 tbsp all purpose flour
