Cook pasta according to package instructions

Boil meat until tender

Fry onions in pan until browned. Add tomatoes, salt and cook until tomatoes turn to paste

Add meat and cook until meat is covered in tomato mixture

Add in the cooked pasta, cook until mixed well. Add green bell pepper and cook few minutes

Serve
