Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray the muffin cups with cooking spray

  2. Bring a large pot off lightly salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes. Drain and toss in a bowl with olive oil: refrigerate until cooled, about 15 minutes.

  3. Toss the cooled spaghetti with 1C parmesan cheese. Divide spaghetti between the 12 cups, arranging noodles in each cup to create "nests" for the meatballs.

  4. Top the nest with 1 Tbsp pasta sauce, 1 meatball and 1 Tbsp more sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese over all the "nests".

  5. Bake until the nests are heated through and the cheese melts, 20 minutes. Cool slightly before transferring the nests unto a platter to serve.

  6. 2oz of spaghetti is about the size of a quarter in your fingers.

  4. 1 1/2 C pasta sauce
  5. 12 (1 oz) cooked meatballs
  6. Cooking spray
