Step:

  1. In a pan boil chopped onions and ginger and garlic for 10 min
    Once they are done grind them and form a paste

  2. Grind tomatoes to form pure

  3. In a pressure cooker take just one spoon oil add zeera to it

  4. Now add turmeric powder in that oil so that it gets cooked well and doesn't give raw taste

  5. Add red chilli powder & coriander powder to it

  6. When masalas are roasted add onion & ginger garlic paste to it and cover for 2-3 min so that everything gets blend nicely

  7. Now add tomato pure to it and stir for a while

  8. Add curd and let it roast and form a thick gravy

  9. Add salt to taste now
    add soya chaps to this masala and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes

  10. Add 1 glass of water, stir nicely and cover with the lid

  11. Pressure cook it for just two whistles

  12. Open the cooker once it's pressure is released

  13. Garnish with coriander leaves & slit green chillies

  14. Serve hot curry with rotis or paranthas

  1. 2 big onions
  2. 1 small piece of ginger
  3. 3-4 pods garlic
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  9. 2 Pure tomatoes
  10. 1 tablespoon curd
  11. As needed Oil
