Step:
Place ground beef in a bowl
Add brown sugar
Add seasonings
Add garlic and onions/ only add half
Add bread by tearing it into small pieces
Add eggs
Blend all together by hand
Place in a pan, then cover with Reynolds foil, broil on low for 25 minutes...if on high then 20 minutes
Take a crockpot or a large pot if you dont have one....Turn it on high, and add the other half of garlic and onions and the cherry tomatoes and spaghetti sauce and cover...#Note:do not turn your pot on high on stove top and i would suggest putting the sauce in first if you dont want a kitchen fire
After the meatballs are done add them to the sauce and cover..get a pot and add water, bring to a boil and add some oil to prevent pasta from sticking together...add pasta, cook til aldente, then drain.
When rolling the meatballs I rolled them to a nice generous size, bigger than a golf ball of course
