Step:
Dice the onion and boil it in little water.Discard water and make a paste of it alongwith ginger and garlic and fresh cream.Cube paneer and lightly fry it.Set aside.
Add ghee and fry the ground paste alongwith other dry masalas.Add tomato puree,salt and pinch of sugar.Add green peas and fry till oil leaves side.Add 1 cup water and bring to boil.Slowly mix the paneer and bring to boil for 4 minutes.Paneer should never be cooked long as it turns chewy.
Garnish with chopped coriander and garam masala.Serve with naan,paratha, roti or jeera rice.

250 gms paneer cubed
1/2 cup green peas
1 onion cubed
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/4 th tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Kitchen king masala
To taste salt
Pinch sugar
2 tbsp refined oil
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp malai
1 pinch hing
1/4 th tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander chopped
