Almond and dates chocolate

Slit the dates. Remove the seed and put in an almond in the centre. prepare all dates like this

Chop and melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler method. The chocolate should be cooled down a little.

Then dip the almond filled dates in the chocolate. Coat chocolate all over. Remove with the help of a fork. Tap off the excess chocolate.

Place the chocolate coated dates gently on a tray lined with butter paper.

Refrigerate for 10 mins and pack in chocolate foil. Serve or gift your loved ones
