Taco Pie

Preheat oven 350

In medium sauce pan melt butter. Add milk and 4 TBS taco seasoning. Mix well. Remove from heat. Add potato flakes. Mix well. Press mixture into pie dish. Cover bottom and sides. Bake crust for 7-10 minutes, until barely brown.

In large skillet on medium heat cook meat and onions. Cook until meat is brown. Drain oil. Re turn to stove. Add salsa and taco seasoning blend well. Cook until bubbly.

Pour into pie crust, bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and jalapenos. Serve sour cream on the side.
