Step:

Make egg wash
Place some flour in a bowl or plate, do the same with the Pakno
Mix in spices with Pakno and cheese.(I didnt have any cheese I used grated Parmesan, when making this Batch)
Take mushroom one at a time, coat with flour, then egg wash, then Pakno mixture, set in air fryer.
Spray all of them with olive oil cooking spray.
Air fry to your liking (400 for 15-20 mins) I moved them around about 3 different times I had big ones and didnt want them to burn.

Whole mushrooms
2 eggs
Panko bread crumbs
Flour
Spice of choice
Sriracha
Milk / water for egg wash
Mozzarella cheese or any kind of shredded cheese
Egg wash
Eggs a splash of milk a Squeeze or two Siriacha sauce mix well for something more hotter use more siriacha
