Southern crawfish

Go down to a ditch and grab some crawfish.

Go home, go though all of them remove all junk like leaves.

Put them in the sink with some water let them sit why you get the pot ready

Get a big pot boil the water then, add all ingredients (add crawfish last) when they turn red and trail has curled up some they are done. Dont over cook, it's like cooking shrimp.

Remove from water immediately, can just dump in the sink, need to stop the cooking asap so they dont over cook. Let cool some before touching and eating them. Melted Butter & garlic for dipping
