Step:

  1. Chop all vegetables diagonally and steam them in a steamer.Steam the baby potatoes separately.Care should be taken that the vegetables do not lose their crunch and colour.Reserve the vegetable broth for using in soups.

  2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of butter.Saute the steamed potatoes and set aside.Add garlic mince and fry till golden brown.Add the other steamed vegetables and toss.Sprinkle black pepper and salt as needed.

  3. Add the sautéed potatoes and toss.When done, sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with scraped parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.Serve hot.

  1. 1 cup chopped beans
  2. 1 cup chopped baby carrots
  3. 10-12 baby potatoes
  4. 1 can baby corn
  5. 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  6. 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  7. 2 tbsp butter
  8. 2 tbsp scraped parmesan cheese
  9. To taste salt
  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 1 .tbsp minced garlic
