Oven Baked Chicken with Roasted Butternut

Marinate your chicken and set aside for about one hour or less than that

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line your tray with foil....it makes cleaning aftermath super easy

Lay your chicken together with its marinade....and your butternut...on the tray

Bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is well done

Serve with a starch of your choice
