Step:
Preheat the oven on 180. Add melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix until it resembles wet sand.
Spoon this mix into the paperliners in the muffin pan. Press it down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake it for about 4 to 5 minutes and allow to cool.
Beat softened cream cheese and sugar with vanilla and lemon juice. Whisk 2 eggs into this and mix well.
Bake these for about 20 to 22 minutes until a golden crust is seen on top. It smells heavenly when done.
Serve these chilled with sliced kiwis or whipped cream topping or any dripping sauce of choice.

1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
2 Eggs at room temperature
1 cup Kiwi slices for the topping
