Step:

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder & cornflour & keep aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 160°c & line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl beat butter & brown sugar till light & fluffy sat for about 10min.

  4. Then add vanilla essence to it & again mix well, then add the dry ingredients & mix well, add 1tbsp milk & mix well, do not use hands, mix with a hand beater or egg wisker only.

  5. Lastly add choco chips & mix well, chill the dough for 30min, spoon out small cookie doughs on parchment paper leaving gaps between cookies & bake it in a preheated oven for 13-15min over 160°c.

  6. Note when the cookies are out of the oven, they will seem a little under done, but they become crisp on cooling.

  7. Also refrigerate the dough only if your cookie dough is mushy, if it's thick you can skip refrigeration & directly bake them.

  2. 110 gms maida
  3. 1 tsp cornflour
  4. 80 gms brown sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tbsp milk
  7. 1/3 cup chocochips
  8. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
