Step:

  1. In large pot on medium heat, heat up oil, add stew meat. Brown on all sizes season meat as desired. can items to meat.

  2. Stir in canned items. Add all frozen veggies, chopped onions, chopped celery and diced potatoes. Add beef broth and green chilli. Add water until it covers an inch over the ingredients.

  3. Season to taste. Add Bay Leafs. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours. Remove bay leafs before serving.

  1. 4 lb Beef Stew meat
  2. 4 tbs olive oil
  3. 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  4. 1 jar green chilli salsa 8 oz
  5. 1 can tomato sauce
  6. 1 can diced tomatoes
  7. 1 onion diced
  8. 3 potatoes diced
  9. 4 stalks celery
  10. 1 box beef both salt free
  11. water to fill pot if needed
  12. 3 Bay Leafs
  13. to taste cumin
  14. to taste Magic seasoning
  15. to taste Salt free seasoning
  16. to taste Garlic powder
  17. to taste Onion powder
