Step:

  1. Pile the plantain and blend don't let it smooth u can even mash it with spoon

  2. Beat butter with sugar gradually add eggs mix

  3. Combine all the dry ingredients together and add to the mixture

  4. Add mash plantain,add milk and flavour

  5. Mix for few minutes bake for 30munites

  6. 2 tbls butter milk
