Step:

  1. Wash and peel outer skin of gauva,cut into slices and chopped them into small pieces.

  2. Place them in mixer jar,add cold water,salt,blend it for few minutes till you get juicy mixture.

  3. Strain the prepared juice mixture to discard seeds.

  4. Add few icecubes in glass pour prepared pink gauva juice on it.

  5. Serve/ relish Fresh pink gauva juice as welcome drink during Diwali festival.

Ingredients

  1. 3 pink gauva
  2. 3 cup cold water
  3. as needed Ice cubes
  4. 1 tsp salt to taste
  5. 2-3 tsp sugar (optional I didn't use as gauvas were sweet)
