Step:

  1. Peel off the pineapple,in a pan put the peels plus water and sugar,boil till the water is almost finished, while the syruy is boiling,cut the pineapple into nice rings, arrange on a platter.

  2. Sieve the syrup,springle on the rings when it's cold, enjoy.
