Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and soften the poblano and garlic.

  3. Whisk in the flour along with the spices. Cook until the raw taste from the flour is gone, about 15 minutes whisking periodically.

  4. Slowly whisk in the butter milk and allow to thicken slightly.

  5. Once the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon start whisking in the squash and 3.5 cups of the cheddar cheese.

  6. After the cheese and squash are incorporated stir in cooked pasta.

  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  8. After 20 minutes remove then top with remaining cheddar and parmesan. Bake uncovered for about 8 minutes, just enough to set and lightly brown the top.

  9. Allow to cool and dig in!

  1. 1 box GF pasta
  2. 4 Cups Roasted Butternut Squash pureed
  3. 1/4 Cup White Rice Flour
  4. 1 Poblano Pepper chopped
  5. 1 Clove Garlic minced
  6. 2 Cups Butter Milk
  7. 1 Tsp Ground Mustard Powder
  8. 1 Tsp Chopped Dehydrated Onion
  9. 1 Dash No-Salt Organic Seasoning (Costco brand)
  10. 1 Dash Adobe Seasoning
  11. 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  12. 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
