Step:

  1. Prestige heat oven to 180degrees. Grease the baking tin. For me I used aluminum foil so didn't grease

  2. Cream the vegetable oil, mashed bananas eggs and vanilla essence

  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and sugar then add to the wet mixture and mix

  4. Pour batter in the baking tin and bake for 40mins to 50mins

  5. Insert the tooth pick if it comes out clean then it's ready

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cup flour
  2. 1 tsp baking soda
  3. Half cup castor sugar
  4. 3 Mashed bananas
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. Half cup vegetable oil
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence
