Step:

  1. Make strawberry puree by cut the strawberry into small pieces add one cup water n 2tbs sugar n heat till tender then strain with a sieve

  2. Prepare your baking tin.preheat your oven to 180 degrees

  3. Cream your butter n sugar till light n fluffy

  4. Add your eggs one by one n add the essence

  5. Sift your flour n baking powder twice

  6. Fold into your creamed mixture

  7. Put in baking tin n bake till ready

  8. When cooled cut the cake into slices n put the strawberry puree

Ingredients

  1. 250 g strawberries
  2. 480 g flour
  3. 240 g butter
  4. 240 g sugar
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  7. 2 TSP strawberry essence
