Step:
Marinate the chicken thighs with ingredients listed under chicken marinade for one hour
Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a cast iron skillet; add rosemary and sear the chicken pieces on both sides until browned.
Add the remaining ingredients except basil leaves and cook for a minute.
Place the skillet in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot in the cast iron skillet garnished with basil leaves.

12, whole black olives

2 red chillies, slit lengthwise
