Step:

  1. Place two separate bowls each for beaten eggs and another one pour flour, mixed herbs,aromat and mixed grill spice then combine

  2. Heat oil in a pan then dip fish into eggs then I to flour mixture and fry till golden brown and crispy

  3. Served with lemon squeeze just a bit of a juice for taste

Ingredients

  1. 6 hake fillets
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 1 teaspoon mixed herbs spice
  5. 1 and 1\2 teaspoon aromat
  6. 1 teaspoon mixed grill spice
  7. 1 \4 cup canola oil
