2-3 Green chillies slit
2 medium Tomatoes quartered
for chanamasala
1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
2 Whole dry red chillies
For Aloo Methi Sabji.
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
2 dried red chillies
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 Thai green chillies, finely chopped
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 bunch methi leaves, about 1 1/2 cups when chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
to taste salt,
For fruit yogurt
5-6 strawberries mashed
3/4- 1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup chopped mixed fruits(Apple,orange,pomegrante seeds)
to taste Honey
