Step:

  1. Make the aïoli. Mix the mayonnaise, garlic and mustard in a small bowl and set aside

  2. Mix the chili, Africa, coriander, garlic, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl. Add the salt and pepper to taste stop place the prawns in a dish. Add the spice mixture and mix well. Cover and leave in a cool place for 30 minutes

  3. Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill or barbecue, basting and turning frequently for 6 to 8 minutes until pink. Serve with the aïoli garnished with 2 or 3 extra chilis if you like


Ingredients

  1. 1 fresh red chili, seeded and finely chopped
  2. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  3. 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  4. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  5. Juice of 1/2 lime
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. 20 large raw prawns in shelf head removed and de-veined
  8. to taste Salt and ground black pepper
  9. Aioli
  10. 150 mL mayonnaise
  11. 2 garlic close crushed
  12. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
