Step:

  1. Mix ritz crumbs and melted butter and press into a 8" pie pan

  2. In a large pan cook bacon.

  3. Remove bacon and cook onion in the same pan with butter until transparent.

  4. Stir in crumbled bacon and pour into pie pan over ritz crust.

  5. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese, and paprika.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

  7. Serve hot.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
  2. 2-3 sweet onions
  3. 4-5 strips bacon
  4. 2/3 stick butter melted(for crust)
  5. 2 tbsp butter(to cook onions)
  6. 1 cup cheddar
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 3/4 cup milk
  9. 3/4 tsp salt
  10. Dash pepper
  11. 1/4 tsp paprika
