Step:

  1. Spray Pam into loaf pans. Pour 1/4 of batter in each loaf pan

  2. Sprinkle 1/4 of cinnamon sugar mixture over each loaf.

  3. Pour 1/4 batter in each loaf pan again and sprinkle each loaf with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture

  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes

Ingredients

  1. 1 box instant pistachio pudding
  2. 1 box yellow cake mix
  3. 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
  4. 1/4 cup oil or applesauce
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 1/4 cup sugar
  8. 1 half teaspoon of cinnamon
