Onion rings

Cut the onion into 4 layers of rings

Put two tablespoons of flour in a bowl then dust all your onion.this step is very important it ensures that when you pass them into the batter it sticks

Beat the eggs and milk in the rest of the flour to form a smooth batter

Put the onions into the batter and coat them fully be gentle with them

Then pass them onto a plate with breadcrumbs check out my recipe on how to make homemade breadcrumbs and ensure they are fully coated.sprinkle some breadcrumbs on them

Fry in hot oil till brown
