Step:

  1. Mix cocoa powder in water. Now add everything to the blender. Blitz until well combined and frothy. Alternatively a coffee frother can also be used but it takes a little more time (may be 5-6 minutes) if done with a coffee frother.

  2. Serve with ice cubes and generous scoop of chocolate icecream on top.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  2. 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup
  3. 3 tbsp Warm water
  4. 1 1/2 Cups Warm milk
  5. 1 Cup Fresh cream
  6. 4 Ice cubes
  7. 2 big scoops Chocolate ice-cream
  8. 3 tbsp Brown sugar
