Step:

  1. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 325F / 180C.

  2. Turn butter with sugar and brown sugar until well mixed. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well.

  3. In another container, sieve flour with corn flour, baking soda and salt. Add in butter and stir well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts.

  4. Use the ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop the dough and make the dough a balls and stack on baking paper. Cool the dough in at least 1 hour. The dough can be stored in the freezer for future use as well.

  5. Spacing in 3 inches between batter. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the surrounding area looks brown. Cool the dough over the baking tray.

  6. If the dough is frozen, arrange the batter on the baking tray and allow it to thaw for 20 minutes at room temperature before it can be burned.

  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup refined sugar - can be reduced
  4. 1 grade A eggs - room temperature
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/4 cup versatile flour
  7. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  11. 1 cup walnut - grilled and rough cut
