Step:

  1. Stir the first 3 things over medium heat in pan until dissolved

  2. Add cornstarch

  3. Dissolve in 1/4 C cold water

  4. Cook until thickened

  5. Cool & chill

  6. Serve over waffles, pancakes or ice cream
