Bee potato sabzi

Firstly peel and boil Bee in a cooker put little salt and little oil and a pinch of baking soda fr 4/5 whistle

Par boil potatoes and cut to cubes and Keep aside

In a pan put oil and thn put little jeera and thn put Masala (mix f ggpaste, coriander leaves and green chillies)and stir fr few minutes and thn put boiled been and potatoes cubes and

Thn put all Masala including salt as per taste and stir fr few minutes and thn put tomatoes puree/ cubes

Lastly put little garam masala and coriander leaves fr granish and serve hot with chapati and roasted

And it taste yummy
