Step:
In a mixing bowl take yellow maize flour, dhokla flour and suji.
Add curd and enough water and mix well.
Add salt, mix well and make semithick dhokla batter.
Cover with lid and allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.
After fermentation add asafoetida, turmeric powder, crushed green chillies and ginger paste. Mix well.
Add oil, put fruit salt over it and pour 1 teaspoon water over it. Stir immediately in one direction.
Pour batter into greased thali, sprinkle red chilli powder over it and steam for 20 minutes in Dhokla maker.
Apply 1-2 teaspoon oil over it, cut into pieces and enjoy hot with garlic chutney.
For chutney grind all ingredients mentioned in "for garlic chutney" in mixer grinder.
