  5. Fry the spam in pan

  6. Get them brown

  7. When crispy move to some paper towels

  8. In the leftover oil and drippings add the onion slices

  9. Get them caramelized

  11. Stirring constantly let all the bits on bottom of pan get incorporated into the sauce, its called deglazing the pan. Add tomato paste, sugar, salt, basil, parsley, and let thicken.

  12. The sauce should be very thick. Add the zucchini mix well. The zucchini will release its juices and thin the sauce out just a bit.

  13. Add cheese. Serve I hope you enjoy!

  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  4. Zucchini spaghetti
  5. 2 large zucchini
  6. 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  9. 1/2 teaspoon basil
  10. 1 tablespoons parsley
  11. 2 tablespoons sugar
  12. 1 small onion sliced
  13. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  14. Topping
  15. to taste parmesan cheese grated
