Tricolor fusion dessert

Peel the skin of fresh kiwi and thickly sliced them...keep aside.

Mawa cake (ready available)

Dried mango, pamelo,kiwi fruit pieces

To prepare tricolor fusion dessert..in a glass keep 3 fresh kiwi slices on sides of glass.. arrange remaining fresh kiwi slices in (below) middle....on it place two scoops of vanilla ice cream on it place Mawa cake.. topped with dried mango,pamelo,kiwi pieces. Serve/relish immediately.
