Step:

  1. Rinse the samp very well and bring to boil until well cooked with potatoes then add Benny spice

  2. Fry onion with rajah then add carrot fry for 5 mins

  3. Pour onion into the samp pot and mash it well done

  4. Serve with cow heels and enjoy

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg samp
  2. 1 sachet Benny spice
  3. 1 tsp rajah curry powder
  4. 1 large onion, chopped
  5. 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  6. 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  7. Enough water to cook the samp
  8. 2 tbsps oil to fry the onion
