Step:

  1. Pour oil and sugar stir until sugar is dissolved

  2. Add eggs stir for 2 minutes then add flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon stir for 5 minutes

  3. Then add carrot stir untill soft

  4. Pour in your baking tin then bake for 45 minutes

  2. 4 tsp baking powder
  3. 4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  4. 4 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  6. 6 eggs
  7. 2 cups oil
  8. 10 cups grated carrots
