Step:

  1. Using a round cup/large cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into roundels

  2. Toast/ grill them on both sides till they are crisp

  3. Now place them on a plate

  4. Add lemon juice to the leftover paav bhaaji and mix well

  5. Fill up a pastry bag with the Pav bhaaji

  6. Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoon of Pav bhaaji over each bread slice

  7. Add salt and black pepper to taste

  8. Top each with chopped onion,coriander leaves and mozzarella

  9. Serve the ‘finger licking good’ snack immediately!


Ingredients

  1. 4 leftover bread slices
  2. 200 grams leftover Pav bhaaji
  3. to taste Salt
  4. to taste crushed black pepper
  5. 1 small chopped onion
  6. 4 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 Juice of lemon
  8. 3-4 tablespoon finely chopped coriander/parsley leaves
