Step:

  1. Spray mini cup cake pan with Pam. Fill each cup with pie crust, bottom and up sides. Brush crust with egg, milk mixture. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. (Blind bake) This sets the bottom before you fill.

  2. Cool crust completely before you fill with chicken mix. Put the top crust on. Finish baking at 400 for 15 minutes. These will ooze.
