Step:
Make a semi thick batter with gram flour and other ingredients adding water as required. Addition of water depends upon the quality of the flour.
Dip them in water to make them soft so as to handle easily. Just a dip and do not immerse them. Take out and press them firmly in between your palms to squeeze out any traces of water.
Also wet your hands to handle it and shape it into a ball. Do not ever soak them in water fully because this way bread usually absorbs more water.
Mix all the ingredients in mozzarella cheese. Place a generous amount of the filling on each slice. Roll and shape each into a ball.
Dip them all in the batter and deep fry on low flame in hot oil. Fry until golden on all the sides and drain well. Serve these cheesy bread bondas with any chutney of your choice.
