Step:

  1. Heat oil in nonstick pan and add panch phoran. Saute them for a minute on low flame.
    Put all chopped grapes and kiwi with 1/2 cup of water. Covered it and let it cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
    After 5 minutes add jaggery and all the spices.

  2. Cook chutney on low flame till to right and little thick consistency.
    Keep aside to cool to cool down completely.
    Store in a clean glass jar and enjoy.

  3. Tip:
    Adjust jaggery according to your taste.
    You can replace white sugar or brown sugar with jaggery.

  1. 4 Kiwi
  2. 100 grams of each Grapes – green grapes and black grapes
  3. 1/2 tbsp Panch Phoron
  4. 1/2 cup Jaggery or Gur – (Grated)
  5. 1 tbsp Oil
  6. Spices
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Black salt
  10. 1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
  11. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  12. to taste Salt
