Step:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
    Peel the potato and slice as thin as possible. Put a baking sheet on a baking tray, put the potato, sprinkle some salt and bake fot 5-10min.

  2. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Open chicken breast and season with salt.

  3. Season and bat one egg and let the chicken rest and soak fot 2 minutes, then flip over. Then coat the meat with thebread crumbs and fry until it has a goldish/brownish colour.

  4. Put the meat over some kitchen papwer to soak the exces of oil in it.

  5. Bring water to boil, add two drops of vinegar and salt to taste once boiling. Crack the other egg on a glass.

  6. With a wooden spoon make whirlpool in the boiling water and quickly add the egg. Take out after 3 minutes of boiling.

  7. Put the egg on top of the meat and rightbefore eating open the egg up so it spills the yolk over the meat.

  8. I also put garlic dried tomatoes gor a flavour punch!
